Raw material
Casone’s packaging are made of first choice polypropylene, suitable for contact with food.
Concerning sustainability and circular economy, we can produce buckets from recycled plastic.
In this case, we have two available options: PIR (post-industrial plastic) or PCR (post-consumer recycled plastic). In our product range you will also find buckets made of electrically conductive materials.
First choice polypropylene
Our buckets and lids are made of first choice polypropylene (PP), suitable for contact with food. The raw materials are selected directly by the producers in compliance with the current European and international laws.
It is possible to produce our packaging with other raw materials, like HDPE, upon request.
The raw materials we use to produce our pails are adequate for food and chemical industry, and medical waste.
Recycled plastic
For company embracing the circular economy, demanding eco-friendly products, and contributing to reduce CO2 emissions, we offer two options of recycled packaging: Post Industrial (P.I.R.) and Post Consumer recycled plastic (PCR).
Casone obtained for these pails, in 2020, the environmental product certification Plastic Second Life (PSV) issued by IPPR , and its label can be affixed on the pails.
Containers made of this recycled plastic can be used to store industrial chemical products and medical waste.
Electrically conductive pails
Thanks to its R&D professional team, Casone can produce buckets and lids made of electrically conductive Material. These packaging are mainly used for filling and storage of highly flammable products, in order to minimize the explosion risk.
